Service Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
Phoenix Pest Solutions, LLC is committed to delivering effective pest control solutions and outstanding customer care. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Service Guarantee and Cancellation Policy.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service results, notify us within 14 days of your appointment. We will schedule a free follow-up service to re-treat the affected area.
This guarantee applies only to pests listed in your service agreement and is valid for the period specified when you signed up for treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- No-Fee Window: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service may be subject to a service fee to cover technician scheduling, route planning, and travel costs.
- No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives for a confirmed appointment and cannot access the property, the full service fee may still apply.
Termination of Service Agreement
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements by providing 30 days’ written notice (email or physical mail). This allows for proper scheduling adjustments and ensures any remaining treatments are handled appropriately.
Refunds
Because pest control is a service and not a product, refunds are generally not issued once treatment has been performed.
Instead, our Service Guarantee ensures we will continue to re-service the property, as necessary, until the pest issue is resolved.
Chemical Sensitivity Notification
If you, a family member, or another occupant is sensitive to pesticides or their odors, you must notify Phoenix Pest Solutions, LLC in writing before treatment.
If you fail to notify us, it will be considered an assumption of risk and a waiver of liability related to chemical sensitivity reactions.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service based on such notifications for safety reasons.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
At Phoenix Pest Solutions, LLC, we work hard to make sure you are satisfied with our services. If you ever have a concern or disagreement with us, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
If we are unable to reach a resolution together, any dispute or claim related to our services will be resolved through private arbitration instead of going to court. Arbitration is a faster, less formal, and often less expensive way to settle disagreements.
- Neutral Arbitrator: The arbitrator will be an independent, qualified professional, agreed upon by both you and Phoenix Pest Solutions, LLC.
- Fair Process: Both parties will have the opportunity to present their case, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and legally binding.
- No Court Lawsuits: By agreeing to this policy, both you and Phoenix Pest Solutions, LLC waive the right to file a lawsuit in court, except to enforce the arbitration decision.
- Legal Costs: The party that does not follow this agreement and files a court case will be responsible for paying the other party’s legal fees and costs.
